On 24th November 1998 I went to the Town Hall, Cheltenham, this time it was to see The AUSTRALIAN PINK FLOYD. This band were supposed to be the closest thing to the real band and have actually had official approval from David Gilmore, in fact they played at his 50th birthday party.

The show itself started off with the track "IN THE FLESH" which was accompanied by some superb strobe lighting. Other tracks performed on the night included "BE CAREFUL WITH THE AXE", "SHINE ON YOU CRAZY DIAMOND", "ASTRONOMY DOMINE", and most of the tracks from "THE WALL".

• STEVE MAC - Vocals / Guitar
• GRANT ROSS - Drums / Percussion
• JASON SAWFORD - Keyboards / Hammond Organ
• COLIN WILSON - Bass Guitar / Vocals

Over all I thought the concert was very good with the lighting but I found the vocals were a bit off in places but maybe that was because I was too close to the speakers, being that I was in the front row.
